Terms of Service

Radar 99 lets you list the subscriptions you pay for and sends you e-mail reminders before renewals and free-trial endings. You enter all information manually; we do not connect to your bank, card or any third-party account, and we do not cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You must provide a valid e-mail address that you control and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared or resold.

• The Service costs US$ 1.00 per month, billed monthly in advance.
• Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as our merchant of record and reseller. Creem's own terms apply to the payment, and the charge may appear on your statement under Creem's name. Taxes may be added according to your location.
• Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail. The new price applies from your next renewal after that period.

• You can cancel anytime from "Manage subscription" in your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• Except as described below or required by law, payments for periods that have already started are not refunded.
• If you are a consumer in Brazil, you may withdraw within 7 days of your first payment and receive a full refund, as provided by Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law 8,078/1990). Consumers in other countries, including the European Union and the United Kingdom, keep any withdrawal and refund rights granted by their local law.
• To request a refund, write to help@radar99.app from the e-mail address of your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Deleting the account cancels any active subscription immediately and permanently removes your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We work hard to deliver every reminder on time, but e-mail can be delayed, filtered as spam or lost, and reminders depend on the dates and amounts you enter. You remain solely responsible for managing, cancelling and paying your own subscriptions. We are not responsible for charges made by third-party services, whether or not a reminder was sent or received.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content;
• attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service;
• interfere with the Service, including by sending automated or excessive requests;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law expressly allows it.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. When possible, we will tell you why first.

The Service, its software, design and brand belong to us. You keep all rights to the information you enter, and you grant us only the permission needed to store and process it to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give at least 30 days' notice by e-mail and stop future charges.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or charges made by third-party services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by e-mail at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, you may cancel and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Turmalina, Minas Gerais, Brazil, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring a claim in the courts of your own domicile.
